JHUM, NOV '25

Jhum was a concept menu, following each stage of the “slash and burn” agricultural process that has been followed in India since time immemorial.

Chef Mayank took over Heirloom Naga Centre for a one-day event, with each dish representing a story, sharing an age old tradition, in modern cuisine.

The menu was rooted in local, Naga produce that highlights the soul of Nagaland.
